Why is my deposit not yet credited?
That the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform shows “Completed” or “Success” means that the transfer has been successfully transferred out of this platform to the block, but does not mean that it has been successfully entered in the account on the receiving platform.
According to the characteristics of different blocks, each transfer in the block will take some time to be confirmed and then sent to the receiving platform. The “number of confirmations” required will also vary with the block.
Out of the excessive amount of transfers, unpredictable block congestion often occurs in the block to affect the timeliness of transfer. You can apply TxID to check the transfer status in the block.
When the fund you have topped up has not yet been credited, please follow these steps to check:
- When the blockchain shows Unconfirmed and the number of block confirmations does not yet reach the required one for account entry by Panthira, please wait patiently. Only upon completion of the confirmation by blockchain can Panthira conduct the account entry for you;
- When the blockchain shows Unconfirmed but the number of block confirmations has already reached the required one for account entry by Panthira, you can contact our online customer service and provide your TxID, the name & amount of the currency you have topped up, and the deposit time. Our customer service specialist will conduct a further confirmation for you;
- When the blockchain shows Confirmed but the fund you have topped up has not yet been credited, you can contact our online customer service and provide your TxID, the name & amount of the currency you have topped up, and the deposit time. Our customer service specialist will conduct a further confirmation for you.
