What If the Withdrawal Is Not Received?

The blockchain asset transfer is divided into three steps: platform transfer-out - block confirmation - receiver transfer-in.

Step One: we will generate a TxID within 30-60 minutes, which means that the transfer processing of our platform has been completed and the coin has been transferred into the blockchain.

Step Two: click the “Check” link at the end of TxID to open the corresponding blockchain browser to check the number of confirmations for this withdrawal.

Step Three: when the blockchain shows Being Confirmed or Unconfirmed, please wait patiently for the blockchain to complete the confirmation. In case the blockchain shows Confirmed but you have not yet received the coin and the platform has transferred out the coin and thus can provide no more help, please contact the coin receiving platform to pay you.

Note: after you click Confirm in the coin withdrawal E-mail, due to the block congestion, there may be a long delay. Provided that no TxID is generated in the asset management-withdrawal history of your account after 6 hours, please re-open this work order and attach:

• ‘Withdrawal history’: screenshot of the transfer;

We will process it as soon as possible. The work order not attached with a screenshot will be assigned with a low priority.
